Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, our offices are pleased to accept payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal check, and cash. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express will be charging a 2% Convenience Fee that will be added to your credit card payments. This fee does not apply to cash, checks, HSA, and debit cards. We also offer several different finance options through Care Credit. Please contact our office regarding additional financing or account questions.

Please be aware that patients and/or guardians are responsible for all fees regardless of insurance coverage or payment.

Any remaining balance after insurance payment is the patient’s responsibility. A statement will be sent out if a balance remains after insurance has been fully processed. Prompt remittance is appreciated. If a balance remains on an account for over ninety (90) days from the date of the first statement, the account will be turned over for collections.
